About the event

 

ArtHouse Tai Hang is a new contemporary art festival celebrating an international array of creative talents in a unique Hong Kong neighbourhood. 

 

Through a group exhibition of over 50 artists, the 10 exhibiting houses unlock a different side of Tai Hang. Each of them becomes a chapter, inviting visitors to wander, discover, and connect the works in an organic and immersive journey.

 

Visitors can walk freely through narrow laneways, open spaces, and street corners, hop in and out between curated exhibitions and site-specific installations, stop for lunch, see another show, grab a coffee or a beer, and continue the journey. Tai Hang is not just a setting — it is where contemporary art meets the soul of a historic community.

Ticket Purchase Notice

  • Tickets are available online only. No tickets will be sold at the door.

  • After purchase, tickets are emailed with individual QR codes (one per person).

  • To access all benefits and perks (F&B voucher, DASH Taxi coupon, tote bag tracking), each visitor must create a user account on the DASH App and scan to add the ticket.

  • Entry is possible with the emailed QR code, but DASH App registration is required for full benefits. Event staff and merchants will scan the DASH App QR for entry validation and coupon redemption.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy 

No refunds or exchanges are available for any ticket, except in the event of cancellation or in accordance with applicable laws, and at the Organizer’s discretion.

 

Ticket Collection and Admission Method

  • Emailed QR codes after purchase (view in email).

  • Add ticket to DASH App for benefits; scan DASH App QR for entry and redemptions. Stable internet connection recommended.

 

Things to Note

  • Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.

  • Children under 12 years old can access the event free of charge when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket (strict 1:1 ratio – each adult may bring only one child). All visitors, including children, must comply with the Visitor Rules.

  • Group Visits: Groups of 8 or more must register in advance via info@arthouseasia.com. Commercial guided tours or activities are not permitted; the event is for personal viewing only.

  • Bag Policy: Only small bags allowed (subject to inspection). Large bags, crossbody bags, suitcases, trolleys, prams/strollers/baby strollers are prohibited inside the houses due to limited space. Leave non-permitted items at house entrances at your own risk (no liability).

  • Accessibility & Pets: Some houses may have stairs, narrow access, or uneven surfaces due to historic structures. Mobility aids and certified service animals are welcome where possible. Pets are generally allowed except in non-pet-friendly houses (signage will indicate). Full details in Visitor Rules.

  • Last admission 30 minutes before closing (5:30pm).

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change program information, schedule, or access should unavoidable circumstances dictate.​​​​​​
